These terms and conditions apply to your access to the WWW.GJSPORTLAND.COM  website (hereinafter "Website"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and ordering any goods from our Website. By placing an order in WWW.GJSPORTLAND.COM you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with the terms and conditions issued here please do not use our Website.

  • Step 1 - Choosing Goods
    You can select a product for purchase by clicking on the item which You are interested in and then clicking on "Add to Cart" .
  • Step 2 – Reviewing Your Basket
    You can review the products which You have added to Your cart. You can change the contents of Your cart by amending the quantity of Goods You want to order, removing any unwanted items by clicking 'Remove' and viewing the cart total value. You can then continue shopping and adding to Your cart if You wish or if You don't want to buy anything else, go straight to the next step.
  • Step 3 – Going to Checkout
    Once You have finished shopping, You can proceed to Checkout by clicking on "Continue" or by hovering over the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page and then clicking "Checkout".
  • Step 4 – Customer registration
    You will be asked to log in or to register if You are new customer or buy as a guest. Existing customers will be asked for a password and e-mail address to login, each time an Order is placed.
  • Step 5 – Completing Your Address and Delivery Details
    If You are new customer, You will be asked to enter Your delivery address. If You are an existing Customer, You will be shown a list of any delivery addresses You have previously entered. All customers will have the option of selecting the same address as Your billing address. Alternatively, on the next screen, You can enter a different billing address. You must provide us with the correct address details. We will not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery as a result of Your failure to provide accurate address details. 
  • Step 6 – Your Order Summary and Payment Information
    You will then need to choose Your payment method and enter Your payment details. Please check this information very carefully. You will then be given the option to save such details for Your next visit. If You are an existing customer and you have previously saved Your payment details, they will appear here. Your Order summary page will then appear in the right hand corner. This includes details of the Goods in Your Order. You should check the details at this stage very carefully as this is the final stage in the Order process at which You can correct any mistakes or change the Goods which You want to Order. You can do this by returning to the home page and completing the process set out above again. If You are satisfied with Your Order, click "Place Order Now". 
  • Step 7 – Placing Your Order
    By clicking on "Place Order Now", You are confirming that You have read, understood and accepted these Terms. At this point Your details will be submitted to Us.
  • Step 8 – Order Acknowledgement
    Once We have received confirmation that Your payment has been authorized, a screen will appear, thanking You for Your Order. You will be given an Order reference and an e-mail will be sent to You to acknowledge Your Order. It will confirm the Goods, price and any delivery charge and track number. Print a copy of the Order acknowledgment and e-mail and keep them for Your records. Please note, Our acceptance of Your Order (regardless of the content of any emails we send you) will only take place on despatch of Your Order.
    By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.


After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by issued e-mail. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are accepted by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been despatched, once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver goods takes effect between you and GJ SPORTLAND LTD.  
The contract of selling goods to you only relates to those goods which listed in the Order confirmation email. We will not be obliged to sell any other goods which may have been part of your order until the despatch of your goods has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
You will not be charged before we despatch the goods; however upon receipt of your order we will create an authorization.

All prices and delivery charges as published on the Website  include VAT and are in pounds sterling or Euros depending on your chosen currency. 
Prices may vary from time to time. All prices and offers may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion. The Website contains a large number of different goods and it is possible that, some of the goods listed on the WWW.GJSPORTLAND.COM may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a mistake in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.


Any personal information, data and material, which you provide to us and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and is processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with this privacy policy incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

We take the most appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized, third parts or unlawful processing of your personal information, including encrypting your information to applicable industry standards. During your visit to the Website we may gather certain personal information that is necessary to set up your account, for the purposes of billing, delivery of your goods and queries. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order, process any applicable refunds, and respond to any complaints/feedback.

The Website can recognize past users by using cookies. Cookies personalize your visits to the Website to meet your individual preferences. You can disable cookies by adjusting your internet or internet browser settings.

When you supply your information to us you accept the risks associated with the Internet and consent to our processing your information in accordance with this policy and will not hold us responsible for any loss of your personal  information unless we have breached our duty of care to you.


You may pay via most major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express and Paypal system. You must only use a card if You are the named cardholder. By placing an Order, You confirm that You are the authorized cardholder. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as authorization by the card issuer and any additional terms imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorize payment, We will not accept Your Order and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs are additional to the displayed Goods price and vary depending on the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.
If your order is particularly heavy package of Goods it may be subject extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be informed about the additional cost before your order is despatched. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery is a home delivery worldwide which is usually made from 3 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for UK and other European countries, and from 5 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for international deliveries, of your order being placed.

The delivery price to overseas using registered post services is 12€ The delivery prices for European countries using the DPD delivery services vary according to the destination country:

Free shipping over 100€ is applied for deliveries inside the EU using the DPD delivery services. There is no free shipping to countries overseas.

Since we operate all around the world, we have warehouses in different countries. The ordered items are shipped from the warehouse in which it is held. The overseas deliveries will be shipped via registered post. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal postal service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures. A signature is required and if you're not around the courier will leave an info card with instructions on how to pick it up. 

Your order will be dispatched on the same day if it is placed before 4PM (GMT 00:00) UK time.

If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the European Union, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 
If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed.  WWW.GJSPORTLAND.COM cannot offer any assistance in these processes. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.


Tracking is available on all deliveries. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking number for tracking your order.


You may not cancel your order while it is being delivered. You may return your order at any time within 14 (fourteen) days of the day after You receive the Goods. Goods must be also kept the in a reasonable, unused condition in their original packaging, if possible, and sent back to Us as soon as possible.

We will refund the money due to You as soon as possible but by no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day on which You will return the Goods. We will refund the full price of the returned Goods. Please note though that if you want to return only some items but keep the rest of Your Order, You may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge. If You have changed Your mind about Your Order, You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. Also, if the size of the good You have ordered does not fit, You will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge, and You will be responsible for the cost of returning it. Additionally, if the parcel was not delivered due to Your failure to provide the correct address, You may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.
If You believe that Goods have a defect then You should not make any further use of them before returning them to Us. Nothing in these Terms shall affect Your statutory rights. These are Your rights granted by law and which cannot be changed by Us.

If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods and any proven losses that you suffer as a result of our failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
We will not be liable for losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions that fall into the following categories:
1.loss of income or revenue;
2.loss of business;
3.loss of profits;
4.loss of anticipated savings;
5.loss of data; 
6.waste of management or office time.
Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to exclude or limits our liability for:
1.death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
2.fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
3.any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
4.defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
5.any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
As far as we adopt industry standard protections against various computer viruses or other harmful software we are not able to warrant that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or harmful computer program.
Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to affect your statutory rights.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:
• (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
• (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• (c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
• (d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
• (e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
• (f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.


Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. By accessing our site you accept that communication with us will be primarily electronic through e-mail. For contractual purposes, by accessing this website you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website including orders for goods. By accessing this website you agree to submit to English law.
